Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2025 (VILOG 2025) – the largest logistics industry event in Vietnam – will officially take place from July 31 to August 2, 2025, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. The event is expected to gather over 300 businesses and attract more than 20,000 visitors, creating abundant opportunities for partnership and innovation within the logistics sector.
As Vietnam continues to assert its role as a logistics hub of Southeast Asia, the domestic industry is under increasing pressure to meet the demands of global integration. New-generation free trade agreements require businesses to reduce carbon emissions, enhance operational standards, and work towards building sustainable supply chains.
In this context, digital transformation and international collaboration have been identified as two strategic pillars. The adoption of technology is helping enterprises optimize resources, reduce environmental impact, and improve operational efficiency — a global trend that is irreversible in the logistics sector.
The success of VILOG 2024 was reflected in the participation of over 300 exhibitors, more than 15,000 visitors, and a diverse series of in-depth seminars and panel discussions.

According to Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of the Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade):
“Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2024 was not only a gathering for logistics businesses, but also a platform for dialogue that promotes environmentally responsible transformation. Advancing towards green logistics is a necessary step for sustainable development of the industry.”
Building on the success of VILOG 2024, the third edition – VILOG 2025 is expected to significantly expand in both scale and quality, with stronger participation from international enterprises, broader networking opportunities, and a pivotal role in driving innovation and cooperation within the logistics sector.
VILOG 2025 will serve as a premier forum for professionals, businesses, and international partners. In addition to showcasing a wide array of technological solutions, the exhibition will feature policy dialogues and expert discussions aimed at sharing best practices and accelerating the transition toward greener logistics.
A new highlight this year is the VILOG TALK zone – a dedicated space for businesses to present smart logistics models, services, and technologies. Meanwhile, the 1:1 Business Matching Program and Hosted Buyer Program will run throughout the event, enabling exhibitors to connect with potential customers, expand their markets, and identify optimal solutions.
Following its previous success with over 15,000 visitors and 300+ participating enterprises, VILOG 2025 is expected to grow further in scale and substance. This year’s edition has already confirmed participation from major international logistics organizations such as the World Cargo Alliance (WCA), World International Freight Forwarders Alliance (WIFFA), China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA), Cambodia Logistics Association (CLA), and the Guangzhou Logistics Professionals Association (GZLPA).
In addition, the exhibition will feature notable brands such as Long An International Port, My Thuy Port, Nippon Express, Transimex, Worldwide Links, U&I Logistics, Transit, Bee Logistics, and many major suppliers of machinery, equipment, components, and warehouse management technologies including Vinatech, Makitech Vietnam, Tin Quang Forklifts, Tan Phuong Phat, Viet Mechanical, Nam Hai Batteries, VIMA Machinery, Mimaforklift, Noblelift, LIBIAO Robotics, and more.
Notably, VILOG 2025 will be held in conjunction with the Vietnam Medipharm Expo 2025 – an international exhibition on pharmaceuticals and medical equipment – opening up new opportunities for cross-sector collaboration between logistics and healthcare supply chains. Two specialized concurrent exhibitions, VietColdChain (Cold Chain) and VietWarehouse (Smart Warehousing), will also return this year, adding depth and specialization to the show
VILOG 2025 is organized under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, coordinated by the Import-Export Department, the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), and VINEXAD (a UFI member). The organizers aim to deliver a meaningful event that promotes collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development across the entire logistics industry.
